Microsoft 365, Exchange & Teams
Make collaboration easier to manage.
Email, meetings and shared files should make work easier. Unclear document structures, excessive sharing permissions or an unprepared migration can have the opposite effect. We plan and implement Microsoft 365 projects with Exchange, Teams and supporting services, from assessing your environment to helping your people use it effectively.

Your options
Services that move your project forward
Understanding working methods and initial situation
We review existing mailboxes, document storage, identities and collaboration workflows. This establishes practical objectives and the right order of implementation.
The solution addresses the daily tasks of your employees.
Structure your tenant and identities
Administrative roles, domains, user groups and access requirements are planned together. Existing directory services and login procedures are incorporated into the concept.
A clear basis for administration and secure use.
Prepare for Exchange Migration
We assess mailboxes, calendars, permissions and technical dependencies for the migration. Your team helps agree the pilot, cutover and post-migration support.
The migration is broken down into verifiable steps.
Organize Teams and document storage
We'll clarify how teams, channels, and associated repositories should be used. Naming rules, external collaboration, and responsibilities help to retrieve information.
Joint work is given an understandable structure.
Plan protection and information lifecycles
We consider access, sharing, retention and recovery against your requirements. Available features and licensing prerequisites are checked for your tenant.
Important operational and protection issues are part of the project at an early stage.
Train users and prepare administrators
Role-related introductions, understandable instructions and clarified support channels support the use. Administrative tasks and change processes are documented.
Your employees and administrators can use the solution in a targeted manner.
Where to start
Microsoft 365, Exchange & Teams Use cases
Three example situations show how we can help.
Modernizing an existing email environment
We assess mailboxes and dependencies and plan a staged migration that takes everyday work into account.
Teams is there, but information remains scattered
Reviewing real workflows shows where information structures, sharing permissions and responsibilities need improvement.
New employees or external partners are added
Clear rules for setup, access and later termination of cooperation make recurring tasks more comprehensible.
From requirements to results
A clear process with agreed milestones
Clarify goals and status quo
We review collaboration workflows, data, identities and the services already in use.
Plan adoption and migration
The target structure, licensing requirements, communication plan and acceptance criteria are specified.
Support the pilot and migration
Selected users check the planned processes before the introduction is gradually expanded.
Establish everyday use and operations
Knowledge transfer, documentation and agreed follow-up support help people work effectively with the new environment.

Questions before you get started
Can existing Microsoft 365 licenses continue to be used?
We review the existing contracts and required features. Additional requirements may require other plans or additions. The specific license requirements are specified in a comprehensible manner before implementation.
Can you migrate an existing Exchange environment?
An Exchange migration can be included in the engagement. We first assess versions, mailbox sizes, permissions and integrations, then prepare a suitable migration plan with a pilot and agreed cutover procedure.
How much downtime do we have to plan for?
This depends on the source system, target model, data and conversion procedure. Necessary interruptions and restrictions are precisely named in the migration plan and coordinated with you.
How can we keep Teams and document storage organized?
Through understandable rules for the creation, naming, ownership and lifecycle of workspaces. The structure should fit actual workflows and be reviewed regularly.
Can we control collaboration with guests?
Yes. We look at which people should access which content and who is responsible for sharing. The available features and license requirements are reviewed for the specific environment.
Does the cloud replace your own recovery concept?
Recovery, retention and requirements for an additional backup must be considered in a targeted manner. Together, we determine which failure and loss scenarios should be covered and how the recovery is verified.
Is user training part of the introduction?
Role-related training and short work instructions can be arranged. They concentrate on the processes that have actually been introduced and the questions of the respective user groups.
Can we also just have an existing environment improved?
Yes. A focused review can examine administration, Teams structures, sharing permissions or specific migration questions. It produces prioritized improvements based on the needs of your existing environment.
Discuss your next step
How should Microsoft 365 improve your daily work?
Describe your environment and main objective. We will identify a suitable starting point and the information needed for a concrete proposal.
